🎯 Requirements

Five or more years of legal experience in Law or BPO.
Must be fluent in English & Arabic.
Experience in drafting and negotiating professional services, software development and licensing
Ability to draft contracts in English and to communicate in English in conference calls, e-mails
Experience on commercial contracts (services agreements) and corporate law and regulations.
Strong team building and people development skills.
