Legal Manager

📋 Description

• Act as Commercial In-House Lawyer supporting European jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and due diligences
• Advise internal stakeholders across cross-functional teams
• Drive adoption of Legal Tech, CLM, and AI for contract management
• Develop training materials and SOPs for internal departments
• Support regulatory compliance and data protection requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from a European country
• 8+ years experience with commercial contracts
• Fluent Italian and English; Spanish/French a plus
• In-house or multinational environment experience
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
