🎯 Requirements

• Law Degree from a European country with 8+ years of contract experience.
• Bilingual: fluent in Italian and English (Spanish or French a plus).
• Strong expertise in European contract law and multi-jurisdictional work.
• Experience implementing AI-powered contract review, CLM, or legal automation tools.
• Strategic, collaborative partner with clear communication for non-legal stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
