Negotiate, draft and review facility, brokerage, consulting and service agreements.
Review and manage correspondence with customers/providers (payments, notices, indexation).
Advise on internal/external legal issues; interpret clauses.
Handle energy contracts (EPC, PPA, charging agreements).
Maintain CE-level templates (lease, framework) for negotiations.
Liaise with 3rd party legal advisors cost-effectively.

🎯 Requirements

German lawyer (first state exam or Master Wirtschaftsrecht)
Knowledge of contract and energy law for real estate asset mgmt; regulatory changes
At least 2 years’ experience as legal counsel or similar role
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Strong communication/negotiation; collaborate with non-legal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
High ethics and professionalism aligned with Goodman values
