Legal Officer

📋 Description

• Advise daily and support business team and corporate function on operating current business of SGS
• Provide legal analysis for new services or new regulations that impact SGS' business.
• Localize, draft, review, and update, translate terms and conditions, form agreements, templates
• Liaise and correspond with Group Legal and external counsels in dealing with related legal matters.
• Review agreements for the transfer and processing of personal data among various entities.
• Advise product and business groups across the company regarding privacy and security requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years minimum experience in a paralegal, or legal team or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding inspection, testing, certification, data privacy and
• Negotiating, writing and effective communication in English & Vietnamese.
