Legal Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the legal intake hub; triage requests and route to owners
• Pilot AI-native approaches to legal operations and adoption
• Own CLM ops; automate NDAs, vendor agreements, contracts
• Enable self-service contract data queries and trend analysis
• Maintain an organized, searchable legal repository and SOPs
• Oversee onboarding, templates, playbooks, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in legal operations or similar role in tech or law firm
• Hands-on system experience; DocuSign, Ironclad, Jira, Google Suite
• Generalist operational profile across systems, docs, reporting
• Strong process-building, structure, and documentation skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action
• Excellent organizational, time management, and PM skills
