Legal Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination
• Review contracts using Docker's playbooks and AI tools, flagging nonstandard terms for attorney
• Support outside counsel billing operations including invoice review, billing guideline compliance
• Support administration of legal technology platforms including workflow maintenance, user support
• Use and help improve AI-assisted workflows for contract review, drafting, and intake, including
• Support pilots of new AI tools and use cases, gathering user feedback and tracking accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, a paralegal role, or related
• Hands-on experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform such as Ironclad, Icertis
• Experience supporting contract intake, review coordination, or signature processes
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to legal or operational tasks, including drafting prompts
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing requests
• Good judgment about when to follow established procedures and when to ask questions or escalate
