Legal Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer contracts within the management system (Ironclad) and oversee signature routing in
• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows and self-service tools to streamline operations
• Administer the e-billing platform (Brightflag), managing matters, rate reviews, outside counsel
• Develop and deliver actionable analytics, reports, and dashboards on department KPIs, cycle times
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Sales, Enterprise Technology) and serve
• Design and facilitate legal enablement programs and documentation—including training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and
• Proven experience in legal operations, legal engineering, or legal technology administration
• Deep familiarity with legal operations tools (such as Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and
• Strong proficiency with modern work management tools (e.g., Asana) to structure complex
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort gathering, synthesizing, and
