Legal Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the legal intake system; triage requests; route to owners.
• Identify AI-native legal ops approaches; drive adoption.
• Own CLM workflows for NDAs, vendor, and contracts.
• Leverage AI capabilities for self-service data queries.
• Own the Legal team's repository; maintain SOPs and docs.
• Manage onboarding; maintain templates, playbooks, training.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in legal ops, business ops, contracts, in tech company or law firm
• Hands-on system experience; workflow designer/admin; DocuSign, Ironclad, Jira, Google Suite
• Generalist ops profile with cross-functional coordination
• Strong process-builder; creates structure and docs where none exists
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action
• Strong organizational, time management and project management skills; handle high volume
