Legal Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize legal workflows, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and
• Implement and manage legal technology platforms, including contract lifecycle management (CLM)
• Monitor legal department performance through KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Support the rollout of Project Hopper and the onboarding of additional legal teams by testing
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and vendors, including onboarding, engagement
• Oversee the legal technology stack and coordinate with IT teams to ensure effective system

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in legal operations, project management, or operational roles within
• Experience working in the technology industry and familiarity with commercial transactions are
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as JSM, Confluence, Ironclad, Spellbook, and
• Proven experience managing projects, optimizing processes, and coordinating operational
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and navigate complex or nuanced business and legal issues.
