• 7+ years in legal operations at a high growth tech or financial institution
• AI native builder mentality; first principles approach
• Hands on CLM, knowledge management, outside counsel management
• Strong data analytics; dashboards and metrics
• Cross functional operator across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Eng, Growth
• Hyper organized, proactive project manager with hands on attitude
