Legal Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal. Identify work that should be
• Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), matter
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and
• Work with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done
• Define metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team's priorities, workload
• Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in legal operations with some experience leading the function
• Deep expertise in legal technology, including CLM platforms (Ironclad a major plus), e-billing
• Experience supporting global teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience gathering metrics to storytell and drive key business
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
