• Experience as a lawyer (in-house or firm) across multiple legal fields.
• Self-motivated learner; adapts to evolving environments.
• Expertise in 3+ areas: knowledge mgmt, AI, legal tech, process, ops.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision, and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, cross-cultural awareness, and executive presence; English.
