Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own all aspects of the legal tech stack, including evaluation, implementation, and ongoing
• Lead the integration of workflow automation and AI-powered tools while ensuring data privacy
• Manage system migrations, upgrades, and user access; proactively identify and address system pain
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to capture requirements, optimize processes, and
• Serve as project manager across multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning technical solutions with
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support resources for end users

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, technical project management, or technology
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, systems integration, and cross-functional
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, procurement tools such as Coupa, CLMs, and
• Technical acumen and confidence in driving evaluation and integration of new technologies including
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
