Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain contract management, legal operations and compliance systems.
• Own the legal technology stack, including CLM, e-billing and matter management platforms.
• Design and manage contract intake and routing processes through execution.
• Identify operational gaps and drive creative or complex projects end-to-end.
• Support legal research, regulatory monitoring and special projects.
• Partner with finance, sales, product, engineering, HR and security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in legal ops, contracts, compliance, or complex operational environments.
• Ability to process and evaluate AI-generated output with strong judgment.
• Track record of driving projects from ambiguous requirements to completion.
• Experience building or significantly improving operational processes.
• Ability to translate vague requests into practical, repeatable systems.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
