Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows across the Legal team, including
• Own and optimize the Legal team’s technology ecosystem, including contract lifecycle management
• Identify practical opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline routine
• Build dashboards and reporting that give Legal leadership visibility into workload, contract cycle
• Lead cross-functional projects and change-management efforts, including new process rollouts
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for legal process and technology questions, helping employees

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, contract operations, or a related
• Experience managing and improving legal processes, including contract intake, contract lifecycle
• Proven experience using AI to improve workflows and increase efficiency for the legal team and its
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data through dashboards, reports, or
• Strong project management, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
