Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own contract lifecycle mgmt: intake, routing, templates, repo, reporting.
• Improve legal intake/triage: classify, assign, draft, review, close.
• Administer core legal tech: CLM and spend/matter tools; explore AI workflows.
• Build/maintain reporting: cycle time, volume, workload, SLA metrics.
• Maintain knowledge base: playbooks, templates, materials tracking.
• Support outside counsel ops and budget visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in legal/ops at high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on CLM and legal tech experience in production.
• Proven ability to reduce cycle time or cost via process improvements.
• Data fluency: build and maintain dashboards/metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Legal, RevOps, Finance, IT.
• Clear written/verbal comms; translate ops detail for teams.
