Legal Operations Program Manager, Integrations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end legal integration across global acquisitions from diligence to post-close
• Build integrated roadmaps with dependencies and governance frameworks
• Serve as the control tower to prioritize and resource legal work across deals
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and executive readouts on integration progress
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, and Security to map impacts on Legal processes
• Stand up scalable operating model, intake, and playbooks for repeatable integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• 5-7 years in legal operations, BizOps, program management, or consulting with M&A integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
• Understanding of financial management for deals and integration cost tracking
• Experience supporting corporate transactions and post-close integration, ideally with an IMO
• Familiarity with cross-border matters; European experience plus
