Legal Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer and support Ironclad CLM in Wellthy's system.
• Build and refine high-frequency contract workflows and templates.
• Develop dashboards to surface contract volume and bottlenecks.
• Review high-frequency agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, client renewals).
• Manage contracting intake and triage; front door for Legal requests.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years in legal operations or CLM-adjacent roles.
• Experience with CLM solutions, preferably Ironclad.
• IronClad certification preferred.
• Experience reviewing standard contracts and spotting deviations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and independent work.
