📋 Description

• Prepare legal opinions on Employment Law matters
• Collaborate with business, HR, and compliance teams on legal issues
• Provide legal consulting on all employment related issues
• Research and draft employment law documents including contracts, notices, and termination docs
• Support disciplinary processes and onboarding/termination procedures
• Organize employment law trainings for teams
• Prepare and review agreements and petitions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law following legal internship
• Deep knowledge of Employment Law including litigation and risks in employment process
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Excellent research and follow-up abilities
• Analytical thinking skills
• Capable of multitasking
• Ability to manage stress and strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and good team player
