📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of high-caliber, pragmatic commercial lawyers who draft, review

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm, including strong experience in drafting
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing lawyers or other legal professionals.
• Committed to building teams that reflect a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
• Solid people skills and ability to work well with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience educating others on complex ideas and providing training.
• Ability to structure and prioritize work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
