📋 Description

• Manage entire site infrastructure including laboratories, warehouses, administrative buildings, and
• Ensure availability of all building services systems and equipment (production facilities
• Develop strategies to minimize failure risk of critical infrastructure and lead projects for lab
• Develop team skills for smooth lab operations and coordinate internal minor repairs
• Manage external service providers to ensure quality work and cost control
• Serve as primary contact for the department, ensuring smooth information exchange with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education and relevant professional experience
• Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, or heating technology
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Highly independent, team-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Organizational skills, ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to develop strategies for preventive maintenance and identify optimization potential
