📋 Description

• Manage entire site in Wesseling comprising laboratory, warehouse, administration buildings and
• Ensure availability of all building technical systems and operating resources (e.g. production
• Develop strategies to minimize failure risk of critical infrastructure and work as expert in
• Develop team and laboratory staff in relevant skills for uninterrupted laboratory operation
• Build effective external company management, ensure correct implementation of trades, monitor costs
• Act as first point of contact for department, ensure smooth information exchange with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training and relevant professional experience
• Knowledge in relevant areas such as climate, ventilation, electrical or heating technology
• Ideally initial leadership experience in comparable position
• Highly independent work, team spirit, strong communication
• Organizational skills, ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively, make sound
• Ability to develop strategies (e.g. preventive maintenance), identify focus areas and optimization
