Lender Task Administrator

📋 Description

• Manage the daily administration and workflow associated with CPI/LPI programs, including notices
• Process, audit, and maintain insurance information accurately while ensuring lenders receive
• Manage premium collection and refunds, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within
• Serve as a subject matter resource for internal teams on day-to-day CPI/LPI operational questions
• Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues affecting clients, sales teams, loan servicing teams
• Research discrepancies and operational problems, determine root causes, recommend process

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or vocational/technical education is
• Less than 12 months of related professional experience is required, making this an opportunity to
