Lending Manager (Front End)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Loan Assistant team, scaling it in a remote environment
• Share weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual team and company goals
• Deliver team and individual performance feedback to meet and exceed expectations
• Build camaraderie via 1:1s and virtual team meetings
• Lead virtual training for new Loan Assistants and resolve escalations, questions, and exceptions
• Foster team ownership and document conversations in the HRIS

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant mortgage experience
• 5 or more years directly managing a fully remote team
• Experience managing mortgage loan processing and/or post-closing teams
• Track record of coaching teams for success
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local mortgage regulatory compliance
• Strong written and virtual communication skills
