Lending Manager (Front End)

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and scale a distributed team of Loan Assistants, setting clear expectations and
• Communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, and monitor progress against team and
• Build an engaged remote team through regular one-on-one meetings, team sessions, virtual training
• Serve as a point of contact for escalations, questions, and exceptions, while documenting relevant
• Oversee the bridge loan pipeline from setup and initial disclosure through submission and
• Balance workloads, coach team members through pipeline challenges, support post-closing reviews

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant mortgage industry experience, including 5 or more years directly
• Experience leading mortgage loan processing and/or post-closing teams.
• Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing teams while maintaining accountability and
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local mortgage regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence leading virtual meetings and
• Ability to keep a geographically distributed team aligned and engaged using collaboration tools
