• Oversee all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash control
• Ensure customer relations and adherence to all company policies
• Manage staffing, paperwork, and food management
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability
• Set an example for crew members and enforce standards
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and great customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to multitask, use judgment, and perform basic math
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and prepare products
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle for deliveries
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate delivery addresses
