Level 4 Engineer Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as the highest level of technical escalation for Level 1–3 engineers
• Lead root cause analysis for complex infrastructure and cloud issues
• Mentor and guide technical team members
• Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices
• Review and approve technical solutions and project designs
• Design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 environments

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 5+ years within an MSP environment supporting
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration and architecture experience
• Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Microsoft operating systems
• Advanced networking and firewall administration capabilities
• Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, VPNs, routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, and
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
