Level Designer - Puzzle Games

📋 Description

• Participate in design and creation of engaging, challenging levels
• Develop and iterate on game mechanics to enhance core gameplay loop
• Analyze player behavior, metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to bring level designs to life
• Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions
• Balance game difficulty curves for appropriate challenge and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in game design, Level Design or similar
• Strong passion for mobile puzzle and hybrid-casual games and engagement
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions
• Understanding of player psychology and what drives engagement
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas to cross-functional teams
• Iterative mindset to rapidly test, learn, and improve designs based on feedback
