📋 Description

• Cover European leveraged finance market across M&A, issuance, and stressed credits
• Build source networks with syndication desks, buyside investors, traders, and counsel
• Write breaking news, roundups, and features on deals, issuers, and trends
• Track pricing and market conditions in European high yield and leveraged loans
• Support senior reporters on distressed coverage and private credit origination
• Contribute to European content output including newsletters and podcasts

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in leveraged finance, loan/bond markets, or financial journalism covering credit, M&A or private equity
• Experience building a source network in European leveraged finance and reaching market participants
• Solid understanding of leveraged loan and high yield structures, pricing dynamics, and documentation
• Fast, accurate writer who can produce market-ready copy under deadline
• Based in London and able to work on a hybrid basis from London's office
• Collaborative and willing to work across team lines
