License Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end software licensing and entitlement lifecycle from booked order to customer
• Validate orders, products, terms, entitlements, eligibility, and prerequisites before fulfillment.
• Manage license generation, delivery, activation, updates, and related communications.
• Ensure asset, configuration, serial-number, install-location, contract, and support data are ready
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Support to resolve gaps affecting licensing.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual work and licensing errors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2 - 5 years in software licensing, entitlement management, fulfillment, or related enterprise tech
• Strong understanding of enterprise software licensing, on-premises fulfillment, and license
• Experience with asset, serial-number, configuration, contract, and support data in licensing
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate cross-functional issues with stakeholders.
