Licensed Clinical Social Worker

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs and
• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
• Deliver approximately 15–22 billable sessions per week while maintaining high standards of clinical
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, psychiatric mental health
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation within the electronic health record.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Kentucky independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a demonstrated interest in serving
• Experience delivering behavioral health services through telehealth is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote clinical caseload effectively.
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive mental health care.
