Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care
Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within EHR
Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

🎯 Requirements

Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Experience or passion for working with children, adolescents, and families
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
