Licensed Clinical Social Worker

📋 Description

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists
• Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)
• Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

🎯 Requirements

• An active Delaware independent clinical license appropriate for the role, such as an LCSW, LPCMH
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
• The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
