Licensed Clinical Social Worker

📋 Description

• Provide 15-22 telehealth sessions per week
• Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team (therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, care coordinators)

🎯 Requirements

• Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged, not required
