📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 massage therapy in a premium care model; less than 8 clients/day
• Work with engaged clients focused on movement, performance, proactive care
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician on cases
• Participate in structured onboarding and mentorship in first 90 days
• Provide high-quality assessment and hands-on care in a collaborative setting
• Contribute to ongoing clinical growth and patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
• Active CAMTC certification or eligibility to obtain CA certification
• Commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates
