Licensed Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• 15–22 telehealth sessions weekly
• Provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, young adults
• Weekday afternoons/evenings 2:00–9:00 PM EST; weekends optional
• Create trauma-informed treatment plans
• Conduct behavioral health assessments
• Collaborate with care team; document in EHR

🎯 Requirements

• Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience with children, adolescents, families
• Work independently in virtual environment
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply
