• Provide mental health care to adolescents and young adults
• On-site W-2 position in Bakersfield, CA
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver coordinated treatment
• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and steady caseloads
• Evening and Saturday availability for full-time role
• Part-time options available (12+ hours/week)

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician in CA
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with teens and young adults
• DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus
• Familiar with EMR and outcomes software
• Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox familiarity
