Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
Maintain consistent weekly schedules and steady caseloads
Collaborate in case discussions to leverage expertise of others
Build strong relationships with clients (max 8 per group) for sustainable healing

🎯 Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Connecticut (LMSW, LPCA, LMFT-A, LCSW, LPC
Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
Master's degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
