🎯 Requirements

Independently licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LP
Masters or higher in behavioral/mental health field
Full/unrestricted license to practice in your state
At least 6 months of ERP/CBT/ACT experience
OCD ERP/ACT experience preferable but not required
Organized, quick learner, excellent communicator, time mgmt
