Carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions weekly via telehealth.
Work weekday afternoons/evenings; weekend availability a plus.
Build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists.
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
Educate families and coordinate care, not just the child.

🎯 Requirements

Active Arizona license: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
Experience with children, teens, and families, or strong interest.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred.
Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.
