Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC, Full time, Remote)

📋 Description

• Help OCD clients feel better and stay well via NOCD teletherapy.
• Diagnose and treat OCD using NOCD protocol on video platform.
• Manage caseload and scheduling; participate in clinical consults and trainings.
• Build practitioner resilience and a mission-driven, member-focused approach.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Collaborate with NOCD providers and handle related admin tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional in good standing in your state.
• Masters or higher in behavioral/mental health (e.g., social work, psychology).
• 1+ year post-masters supervised experience with ERP/CBT/ACT.
• OCD ERP/ACT experience preferable but not required.
• Organized, communicative, time-conscious; receptive to feedback.
• Self-starter; autonomous; tech-savvy (G-suite, Zoom, MS Office, Adobe); private remote workspace.
