Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Millcreek, Utah)

📋 Description

• Provide therapy services to adolescents and young adults (in-person or virtual).
• Part-time or full-time W-2 roles; PT min 12 hours/week; FT 40 hours/week.
• Evening and Saturday availability required for full-time positions.
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated treatment and scheduling.
• Maintain a predictable weekly schedule with steady caseloads.
• Up to 8 clients in a group; focus on meaningful client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Must hold an independent or associate Utah licensure.
• Licenses Accepted: CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT.
• Experience with youth/young adults preferred.
• Availability 12-40 hours/week depending on PT/FT W-2.
• Familiar with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox; EMR and outcomes software.
