Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Virginia

📋 Description

• Carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions/week via telehealth
• Work weekday afternoons/evenings (2-9 PM); weekends a plus
• Build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW
• Experience with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
• Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
