📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing and treatments per care plan.
• Administer medications and wound care; perform treatments.
• Conduct client assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families about care and safety.
• Travel to assigned cases in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties.
• Provide compassionate, reliable care and communicate with the care team.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (strongly preferred).
• Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
• Previous home health experience welcomed; training provided.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm, reassuring presence with active listening and strong communication.
• Deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
