Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Full-time role in New Castle, IN adult residential facilities.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities with quality care.
• On-call triage rotation for emergencies (1 week/month).
• Flexible hours: 5-day work week, typical 8am-5pm, no weekends.
• Case management with semi-annual physical assessments.
• Team-oriented, low-stress environment with paid training.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana.
• 1-2 years experience with disabilities or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, independence, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with staff and outside agencies; clean background and driving checks.
