🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana
• 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care preferred
• Skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, able to work cooperatively with staff
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Organizational and computer skills
