📋 Description

• Ensure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in
• Conduct routine site visits, checking vitals, doing assessments, counseling of medication
• Act as a health/medical resource for staff, training staff in the medical arena
• Conduct audits and reviews of medications
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with state requirements and organizational policies

🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana required
• 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred
• Must be skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Organizational and computer skills
