Provide one-on-one nursing care for adults living with ALS in home setting
Trach and ventilator care experience required; evening availability
Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours; 1st/2nd/3rd shifts; PRN, part-time, or full-time options
Suppport clients and families with comfort, independence, and dignity

🎯 Requirements

Valid nursing license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Trach and vent experience preferred
Ability to work in home health care environments
