Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - No Weekends

📋 Description

• Ensure quality, individualized health care management for residents.
• Conduct site visits, monitor vitals, assess patients, document progress.
• Act as health resource; train staff on medical topics.
• Conduct medication audits and ensure care/records compliance.
• Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri; on-call rotation 1 week/month.
• Work in a low-stress, team-oriented environment with paid training.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Indiana LPN license required.
• 1-2 years experience with individuals with disabilities or long-term care preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently, flexible, dependable.
• Organizational and computer skills.
• Acceptable background check and driving record check.
